How much does Aploo cost?
You pay a fixed amount per user per month, depending on the modules you choose. During the demo you'll get a tailored quote, with no surprises later.
Does Aploo work with Microsoft 365?
Yes. Your team signs in with their Microsoft work account, and Aploo shows links and documents from Outlook and SharePoint on the start page.
How secure is Aploo, and is it GDPR-compliant?
Connections and stored data are encrypted. Sensitive documents such as sick notes are only visible to the people you assign, and we sign a data processing agreement with you.
Where is our data stored?
On servers inside the European Union. Your data never leaves the EU.
How long does implementation take?
Most teams are live within a few weeks. We handle the Microsoft 365 connection and the setup; you choose the modules and invite your team.
How many users is Aploo for?
Aploo is built for teams of roughly 10 to 250 people. Smaller or bigger? Let us know and we'll figure out what fits.
Do we need every module?
No. You choose which modules to switch on, and you can always add more later.
How do the euros in Claps work?
As an employer you set a budget. Employees can attach an amount to a clap. It adds up for the recipient, who exchanges it for a gift card.
